At Transformational Consumer Insights, Brandi leads the research team to help clients translate rigorous findings into strategic insights, compelling marketing messages, and products that consumers actually need.
She’s known for leveraging her expertise in human decision making, neuroeconomics, and behavior change to design products and messages that help customers reach their goals—which, in turn, leads to loyal, brand-loving, repeat customers for her clients.
Brandi holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Harvard University and most recently led the User Research and Insights team at Under Armour Connected Fitness, a suite of health and fitness apps including MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, Endomondo, and Under Armour Record.
When not trying to unlock the secrets of human behavior, Brandi can be found cooking with her husband, running with her dog, or dreaming up her next travel itinerary (likely while eating chocolate).
